PROFESSIONAL: Minimum requirements for associates

Considering the defined mission of an interim manager in a company, those wishing to join Interim Spain must, after evaluation of their application by the Board of Directors of the Association, certify to the following requirements before  submitting the application:

  • Superior academic background recognized by the competent authorities in education in Spain.
  • Having held senior positions and experience in business management for at least 10 years.
  • To be resident in Spain
  • Acceptance of the code of good management practices proposed by the Association

Once the application is accepted:

  • Paying the semester fee of 25 € by bank transfer (the rest of payments will be made by direct debit)

COMPANIES: Minimum requirements for membership

COMPANIES wishing to join Interim Spain must certify the following requirements once made the membership application:

  • To provide in their portfolio the activity of Interim Management in any of its sectors, or those specifically dedicated to the recruitment and selection of this type of management profiles for third parties.
  • At least one member of its management team must belong to the association as an individual.
  • To be resident in Spain
  • Acceptance of the code of good management practices proposed by the Association

Once the application is accepted (will be evaluated by the Board of Directors of the Association):

  • Paying the semester fee of € 100 by bank transfer (the rest of payments will be made through direct debit)

COMPANIES: Rights of members

  • Appearing on the website of Interim Spain (www.interim spain.org) with your company brand, logo, business, and contact details.
  • To be sent interesting releases from partners through the governing bodies of the association: Job Offers, promotions, etc.
  • To incorporate Interim Spain brand image (logo) to your commercial tools as an associate.
  • To have articles published which are aimed at partners and which show offers for your services
  • To participate in events organized by Interim Spain
  • To receive all news and general interest publications issued by Interim Spain.
  • Publishing job offers for interim managers on the website of the association and widespread in social networks.

According to Article 9 of the statutes of Interim Management Association of Spain, companies that have the status of collaborating partners or guards, shall not participate as a legal entity in the direction of the association, or their representative bodies. It is compulsory that a member of its governing body belongs to the association as an individual.
